¿Alguién puede decirme cuál es la diferencia entre las opciones:
- Release blocks by tracking
y
- Release blocks by occupancy?

Pues según dice la ayuda on-line:

Release Blocks by Tracking
Each reserved block is released as soon as the train, that has reserved the block before, has been located in another block by train tracking, regardless whether the block is occupied or not in this moment.

This option is not effective for blocks, that are currently in use by a schedule.

Release Blocks by Occupancy
Each reserved block is not released until the train, that has reserved the block before, has been located in another block by train tracking, and until the block has been reported as no longer occupied.

This option is not effective for blocks, that are currently in use by a schedule.

Quizás se entendería mejor si la segunda opción se llamase "Release Blocks by Unoccupancy".
